• Requesting walk-throughs during the construction process can be made
  on a weekly basis or at your convenience.

1. First Consultation. We take the time to meet and discuss your needs and provide you with design and cost options to make your dream a reality.

2. Design. This is where our design team put your ideas to paper so you can visually see how your home will look like. We will also begin the process of working with our designer to select your beautiful finishes.

3. Cost Estimate. This is where we provide an accurate estimate of cost and completion date of your project.

4. Contracts. A HIA contract is prepared for signing which clearly outlines in plain English your rights and where you stand as the consumer.

5. Construction. During construction you’ll be provided with frequent updates as well as access to our client portal showing photo’s and video of the progress including scheduled site visits at your convenience.

6. Handover. A detailed inspection is carried out of the completed works to make sure you are completely happy with the finished workmanship. Anything that requires attention will be rectified immediately.

7. Maintenance Period. We will attend any issues that arise from the new works within the 90 day maintenance period which begins on the day of handover.
